I am Ajay Upadhyay, I worked in this hospital and all the senior staff are really creating issues for newcomers. Initially they will allow you to attend all the conferences/workshop for free of cost but after 4-5 months they will neglect you. So you will be well treated for initial 2 months then you will be forced to work for 10 hours. It is all bullshit that 150 therapist are working in this organization. They won’t delete the name of the therapists who resigned from their website, in order to keep the boasting number on top. Muniyandi who is working since 9 years with this company, is major thread for the therapist as he will keep your salary on hold if you won’t see enough number of patient. They release employee’s salary after 20th of every month. Many therapist used to get the salary in the last week of next month. This is also one of the reason why 90% therapist leaves this job within 1 year. Many who are still working because of their 3 years contract and 30,000/- deposit are facing mental trauma by “immunized” senior manager. The director will only listen to most senior employees like Ramesh, jerrish, muniyandi, jeena. So it doesn’t make sense also if you complain to him.
